Our co-creative collaborative approach is built on values that allow us to bring together people from all levels of lived and work experience together to work collectively on achieving their equity goals.
We want to know the real you.
Engage the right brain--the left brain needs a partner!
No one gets it right all the time.
With openness comes insight.
The ability to laugh together is golden.
Structure is freedom.
Don't move unless you are moved to move.
We provide space for people who work together to explore what it takes to advance equity at work. Our approach leverages real work/life scenarios, storytelling, the arts, media, interactivity and humor to engage individuals in head and heart learning that promotes deeper understanding of self and others.
Our workshops, outings and retreats convene individuals with diverse experiences and perspectives in a culturally immersive and creative environment to learn by experiencing from and with one another.
We collaborate with businesses, communities, and organizations to co-create and facilitate thought provoking events, forums, gatherings, and meetings that bring people together around things that matter.
We had the opportunity to work with Inclusion Action at our annual diversity and inclusion summit. It is our biggest event of the year and had over 850 employees attending in person as well as remotely. Inclusion Action brought us detailed customization using input from our 10 ERG leaders and brought to life real examples of exclusion that happen throughout our organization. The interactive theatre performance hit home. My favorite quote from an employee was: I laughed, I learned, I cried.

The experience provided by InclusionAction at Mortenson Construction was both a learning and thrilling experience. InclusionAction actively and in an excellent manner shows the impact of bias through real-life situations while ensuring participants can express and learn from vulnerability safely.
InclusionAction models belonging and inclusive leadership.

“Inclusion in Action was able to step in and uniquely fit our needs and goals for our DEI workshop. With one conversation, Inclusion in Action was able to put together an improv sketch on a short timetable that fit within our budget and event parameters. They were able to convey the key issues we were trying to convey and established the tone we were trying to set for the event. I highly recommend working with them!”
